Wonderful company. Does exactly what they say where they will. And on time. Would recommend to anybody.

I started with a rival brand that was half the price of the Dimplex, but the ‘flames’ looked so bad I had to send it back. The Dimplex Vital Sense was definitely worth the money in terms of realistic looking flames. I was more impressed than I expected to be. The install was very easy and the operation is straightforward. My only complaint is that the mechanism inside makes a very audible noise that I can only describe as a robot snoring. It really takes away from the experience. I’d like to talk to someone at Dimplex to find out if I need to add grease somewhere, or if my unit is defective. I doubt it should be making this much noise.

Even though I have not yet had it tied into our Natural Gas line to see how/if it works (that is a couple weeks off), I can say that everything seems to be of very good quality. It was shipped & packaged very well, and everything was received with no damage. All the needed parts for the kit were included, and so far seem to be of good quality and exactly what is needed. Assembly is straightforward with good instructions included. I'm anxious to get this fired up, and have high expectations that things will work as needed. Very pleased at this point.

I cannot review the stove as I do not have it installed in my home. It was delivered severely damaged and I sent it back with the carrier. I hope I get the replacement stove soon.

The stove requires a double vented pipe. This product is excellent and works perfectly with the Vermont Castings stove.

Stove arrived in excellent condition, on time and exactly as advertised. Excellent communication.

A little pricey but it works really well and it went on easy.

I asked for complete set of pipes to install my stove but there were some missing. This caused serious delays in completing my project.

Installation was a breeze. Flame looks pretty good (not as realistic as we would have liked). Happy with the heat it puts out.

The stove has now been converted to propane by the professional technician. It works perfectly! Thank you for sending the conversion kit.

Satisfied with the Gifford. Perfect center piece to our home. Only thing I wish there was a more user friendly Operation manual but figured it out.

I understand it is the only logs where the flames comes through the log. Happy with the look. Also produces pretty good heat.

Vermont Castings Trivet with Handle

Fills out this grand fireplace, looks outstanding, highly recommend, we love the remote..

Brochure States it will heat 900 - 1200 sq ft. I am using in 330 sq ft guest house and not really sold on the heating capacity. I felt it should be warmer in the house. Might work better with the fan attachment.

Stove arrived in wood crate with temporary steel feet installed for shipping, temp feet broke and stove was not secured in create, little touch up paint fixed it, didn’t seem to be damaged beyond that
