Delivered as promised

We ordered the Vermont Castings Encore Wood Burning. We requested a specific delivery time. It arrive on schedule! The packing was second to none with no damage. The stove is preforming beyond our expectations. The top load is the best. I would not order the stove top humidifier because you need to move it every time you add wood for the top. Directions need a little more clarity for the installation of the temperature probe. We are one month in and so far so great!

Terrible quality control and customer service

Bought the Defiant stove back in October...arrived in early November. It was mounted on a wooden platform which was mounted on a pallet. No instructions on how to remove it. So in my attempt to get it off the pallet, it fell forward onto the front damaging both doors. I accepted responsibility and ordered two replacement doors. When they arrived over a week ago, both doors were missing the glass. As of today I've brought this to their attention four times. Still haven't heard word one from them. The cost of the stove was close to $5,000 and the replacement doors over $500. I've reached the point of considering returning this stove. I would highly recommend AGAINST buying anything from this company.
