All was great. Jordan was very knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way.
When making a purchase this large on the internet and being new to a new company I was definitely a little concerned about the product arriving. However sooner than expected and packaged like a professional company I quickly learned Royal fire pits was no joke. Checking out was simple and communication about it shipping was never a question. Construction is still under way on the fire pit so it has not been fired up yet, but if I need any additional products I will certainly not think twice about contacting Royal Fire Pits. Thanks again for a great experience.
We had several questions that were answered respectfully. They made it easy to order and helped every step of the way.
Received as promised and in good external condition. The delivery driver delivered it inside my garage. It will sit there waiting for the installer to come in mid February. We'll open the package then and have a chance to give it a close up examination and see how it works.
The fire pit itself is great, the the picture is deceiving. The firepit does not come with the cap as shown on the top. When I ordered it, it shown in the description as 4 cap pieces in the list of items to be delivered, and this is he only site of many to sell this item and with the extra cost I figured the caps to be included. After receiving the delivery they were not included and after making a claim to them they said its an option and doesn't come with it. So if that is the case update your picture like every other web store.

We purchased this woodstove to replace an exact duplicate from 1986 that we used for over 15 years. Once we moved the new unit into place, we were stunned how much more efficient the new unit burns. We hear our entire 1800sqft house with the woodstove and 2 fans to move the heat around the house. We are grateful for Royal Fire Pits in aiding our purchase. Shipping was quick. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Royal Fire Pits to anyone looking for woodstove or anything fire pit related.

When I called to verify if this would work they said yes. When it came in it didnt work. Been trying to return it for over 2 weeks now and they still haven't sent me a return label. Im out $3K now. I would advise against using this company

Regarding your order, the Redstone 42” Fireplace was ordered on 11/08 and successfully delivered on 11/18. As for the TruWood Premium Timber Kit, it was backordered by the factory at the time of purchase, and none of our warehouses had stock available. This was communicated to you on 11/13, and you agreed to keep the item on order.

We have used warming trends multiple times, and we will never use anything else. This was our first time ordering from royal fire pits. I found ordering online troublesome, I then called the 800 number and things went smoothly. I would order from them again if necessary, but really want to become a wholesaler myself. Very happy with everything!!!

Stove arrived with broken glass in the door. Contacted you. Although I told them it wasn’t urgent (as I’m not installing stove for 3 months) I have not heard what the resolution will be.

I had a great experience from initial contact to final delivery. I initiated an online chat with a few questions and was immediately offered the option to continue in the chat or take an in person phone call. I was thrilled to be able to have a dialog and get the advice needed. I got a quote and more availability from the staff for further questions and placed my order for a Vermont Castings Intrepid Intellifire propane stove. The stove was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Once installed... everything has been working as expected and I'm very happy with the entire purchase experience. Highly recommend!
