Stove arrived in wood crate with temporary steel feet installed for shipping, temp feet broke and stove was not secured in create, little touch up paint fixed it, didn’t seem to be damaged beyond that

We searched for over a month to find this insert, and it met all our expectations. We purchased the additional pedestal and cast iron surround and it makes a handsome statement.Royal Fire Pits provided excellent service from ordering to delivery.

Our Vermont Castings Montpelier 2 is a fantastic replacement for our 30 year old VC insert. Well done!

It wasn’t quick, but they did the right thing and replaced the glass that was damaged in shipping.

Well, I am hoping it will work as advertised, but after several weeks the stove itself has never arrived as advertised so I am a bit skeptical. Can you help?

Most beautiful stove you can buy. Everything I purchased was packed really well and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping was very quick to arrive. Can’t wait to start using the stove.

I am upset I was told that my stove would finally come on 1/6/2026 between 10 till 2pm However my son coming to work around 8;30 took a picture of the stove down by the mailbox I never got to look it over or sign the BOL my driveway is 900 ft from the mailbox luckily we have a front end loader and got the stove up to and in the house (I hope you can see my confusion) please let me know if you get my review Thanks Mary and Bill Weber [****]

The plastic packaging was torn. There is a tear in the catalytic performance kit. The delivery came sooner than stipulated, forcing my son-in-law to leave work early. The damage was noted on the delivery receipt, but the driver left before further inspection could be done. I have emailed with pictures in this regard.

I got the box on 12/24 and sent an email requesting help that day. I did not yet get a response from you. The mounting brackets and the bolts were not included. The shelf, dragon, and mitten racks are very nice.

We are happy with Empire ventless gas stove we purchased. It is cast iron and has a nice solid look. We are using it for a little extra heat in our lower level family room and for backup heat if the power goes out as it operates without electricity. The stove was packed very well and arrived quickly with no damage. We are happy with Royal Fire Pits and their performance

I have yet to install my stove, the weather hasn't been nice enough!

I ordered a woodstove insert, liner and cast iron surround. The liner parts were wrong and I had to go source them locally, and they did not send the brackets and hardware to assemble the surround. They have been completely unapologetic and unresponsive. Should be a very easy fix. Something is very strange about this company..

I am still waiting to receive it, and it was 20 degrees here last night.

Everything came as expected in a timely manner.

I am on this site to purchase another one. I bought this five years ago and it was part of the sale of my apartment, so now I have to have one for my new place. I did the research to find this five years ago and looking forward to another one. This is more expensive than ones available elsewhere, but it is superior and worth the extra few hundred.

I have sent two emails to try to get the wrong part returned and replaced. I have not received any response.

The this Unit it self arrived safe and sound but I was mischarged an extra fee that spoke to with someone about a couple weeks ago. She said it would be refunded back to me in a timely fashion but I haven’t received anything to this point. Which is disappointing and the reason for 4 Stars not 5.

My stove arrived with its left leg broken off. For over a week now your people have told me they are working on a solution. But as yet there has not been one. I’m going to give you a few more days and then have the credit card company reverse the charges if a solution is not forthcoming

We ordered the Vermont Castings Encore Wood Burning. We requested a specific delivery time. It arrive on schedule! The packing was second to none with no damage. The stove is preforming beyond our expectations. The top load is the best. I would not order the stove top humidifier because you need to move it every time you add wood for the top. Directions need a little more clarity for the installation of the temperature probe. We are one month in and so far so great!

Fireplace arrived on time and in good condition. Pleased with the purchase process and price.
