My stove arrived on time, good shipper. One problem I did have. is the stove pipe pipe adapter was quashed between the wood stove packing frame, and the stove. by sloppy packing. I contacted info@royapfire pits.com twice with no response.I straightned it best as posssible, but still looks bad. Your thoughts? Stan Cole
This stove is the best investment on my rentavation it is a relaxing. mood on a cold winter day.

I received the stove. Packaging was awesome. I installed the blower and connected the gas line to the stove and the supply line. I placed the stove where it will stay and leveled it out. It looks awesome. I have not connected the gas down in the basement to the main gas line yet. That will be done very soon as we are expecting colder weather soon. I will update as it becomes operational.

Clearly they run a lean operation but the sales contact was good about returning calls and questions. Delivery was seamless with a very friendly hauler, Old Dominium. I did have a problem with the sales team understanding of the part needed to adapt my stove to a 6” pipe, and finally just went to a local dealer and bought the ten dollar part. The stove is up and running and is a joy.
The price was great-kept me informed-shiped on time-packing was great-

I had been using the same set of gas logs for years and wanted to change them out. I have a millivolt capable, programmable wall thermostat with that I had been using with the old set and this set was easy to install and works perfectly with my old thermostat. Fully adjustable flame, ignitor, and glowing embers pack.
From the help choosing the best unit for the specific use to staying on top of the order to make sure it was correct and on time was very helpful. I would not hesitate to do business yall again.

Our Vermont Casting wood stove was delivered to us promptly, and in fine condition. Particularly impressive was the super stable packing utilized to protect the stove and its finish. We are very pleased with Royal Fire Pits’ service and can recommend them without reservation.
I haven't used the stove yet, and will review a few months into winter, however, I can rate the customer service. The stove arrived damaged, but customer service was able to discount it to our satisfaction and we chose not to return it.
Lesson learned is to unwrap the stove and do a full outside inspection before signing the delivery order and letting the driver go.
The price was the least expensive by a minimum of 20% compared to multiple dealers I researched. The average wait time for the other dealers was 3-4 weeks Royal fire pits had the merchandise at my driveway in 5 days
Warming shelves were both chipped. I had to repaint them. Sucks!!! Anyway to get some sort of credit????

After the delay because the wrong elbow was sent.installation was fine. When can I expect my refund of $56.93 for the returned elbows. Please send email to let me know how and when.
