The BEST woodstove on the market

We purchased this woodstove to replace an exact duplicate from 1986 that we used for over 15 years. Once we moved the new unit into place, we were stunned how much more efficient the new unit burns. We hear our entire 1800sqft house with the woodstove and 2 fans to move the heat around the house. We are grateful for Royal Fire Pits in aiding our purchase. Shipping was quick. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Royal Fire Pits to anyone looking for woodstove or anything fire pit related.

Regarding your order, the Redstone 42” Fireplace was ordered on 11/08 and successfully delivered on 11/18. As for the TruWood Premium Timber Kit, it was backordered by the factory at the time of purchase, and none of our warehouses had stock available. This was communicated to you on 11/13, and you agreed to keep the item on order.

We ensured to provide regular updates throughout the process to keep you informed, with communication sent on the following dates:

We understand that waiting six weeks for the timber kit was not ideal, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. However, we feel that the comments regarding delayed delivery and lack of communication may not fully reflect the efforts we made to keep you informed and updated throughout.

Custom stone fire pit

We have used warming trends multiple times, and we will never use anything else. This was our first time ordering from royal fire pits. I found ordering online troublesome, I then called the 800 number and things went smoothly. I would order from them again if necessary, but really want to become a wholesaler myself. Very happy with everything!!!

Recommend the warming trends system. Works like a real wood fire pit, ours is lp gas with ceramic logs.

Excellent product & sevice

I love the Dauntless Vermont castings wood stove I purchased from Royal Fire Pits!
The stove was delivered to my home, packaged very well & arrived on time.

Damaged when arrived

Stove arrived with broken glass in the door. Contacted you. Although I told them it wasn’t urgent (as I’m not installing stove for 3 months) I have not heard what the resolution will be.

Not happy

Totally not happy. I left several messages in the last couple days. No one has called me back so far. I believe you sent me the wrong stove. Not what I ordered.

To address your concern, you did receive the correct stove, but the conversion kit was missing from the shipment. We’ve since shipped the conversion kit separately, and you should receive it shortly.

Great experience!

I had a great experience from initial contact to final delivery. I initiated an online chat with a few questions and was immediately offered the option to continue in the chat or take an in person phone call. I was thrilled to be able to have a dialog and get the advice needed. I got a quote and more availability from the staff for further questions and placed my order for a Vermont Castings Intrepid Intellifire propane stove. The stove was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Once installed... everything has been working as expected and I'm very happy with the entire purchase experience. Highly recommend!

Best decision ever. Thank you Royal Fire Pits an Jordan and Warming Trends for the most amazing DIY fire pit. This thing hit the mark on warming/heat and realistic fire. I built my own fire pit while building my pool and outdoor living area and wanted to make sure I was getting a true fire pit to enjoy with friends and family. Had left over pool coping to finish top and added the tumbled lava rock. Can’t wait to get the steel logs next from Warming Trends . Outdoor enjoyment and relaxing at the max. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting too quality and long lasting.

Terrific insert

Worried because it didn’t work. Craig Morgan of Morgan’s Plumbing-found raccoon had turned off gas line outside . Truly lovely fireplace insert . I love it .

Excellent Company

Online ordering and customer service was great. (Thanks Rachel). The only reason I didnt give five stars is because the delivery company never gave notice of delivery date and time like I was told. I would have liked to have been able to inspect the product (Woodstove) for any shipping damage.

Grand Canyon Glofire

Looks as good as real can get and gives off more heat than I expected being that I’m used to a real wood fire. Store very helpful answering questions and good communication. Shipping timely.

Wrong parts

Received wrong size elbow ($130+), which was not realized until installers looked at it. We had to purchase another one from installers. Royal Fire Pits was called, spoke with a representative, and were told to send the problem via text, which was done.Received text back from another representative saying we would be contacted the next day. That was 8 days ago...no communication from the company. I have called, left messages, emailed several times. Still no response. We are stuck paying for an incorrect part.
