It worked great.
Thank you for the custom size!
Warming racks fit fine good price
Customer service, Jordan was absolutely stellar and helping me with my issues buying a new Vermont casting stove. He kept in touch assured me everything would be great. Really made the buying experience very good. In my opinion, he is a valuable asset to the company. If I ever buy a stove again, I will be dealing with Jordan. Thanks.
My phone contact was great - very knowledgeable, order was accurate - only issue was that I was told that I would need an adaptor pipe which was not true - the stove comes with a small adaptor which was all that would have been needed. So that w as an extra 112.00 I wouldn’t have had to spend. Stove arrived well packed for sure, no way it could be damaged in that crate!! Installation went well, one Riv not was missing, must have not been tight to start with and vibrated off - standard 10-24 thread, so just replaced with a nut. Otherwise all good! Ordered on a Friday, and the stove arrived on the following Tuesday!! Wow, from Missouri to Minnesota.
This is a wonderful stove. It is not the one I wanted. That one sold out before I could get it. The customer service rep contacted me and found a good comparable. Switching the billing was no problem. I am excited about the stove and look forward to a lower electric bill this winter!
just what we wanted? and the right color!
The only issue we had was with the installation manual, which is woefully inadequate. Youtube videos helped fill in the missing information. The Royal Fire Pits staff did great.
Communication was great, and the delivery was on time and product came with no problems.
I really like these burners. They give exactly the effect that you want, looking as close to a real fire as you can get.
I went for the realistic look and am very happy with the results. Obviously, the logs are not real, but close enough to give me the same feel.
The product is high quality, and there were no surprizes. I got what I expected and am very happy with the results.
Thought I had getting a emamal black stove. Not a flat finish stove. Didn't look like that in pictures
The item was on backorder for a while, but Royal Fire Pits kept me informed along the way and when it came back in stock they delivered. Would definitely order from them again!!
Had a few issues with a blower i bought but Rachel helped out every step along the way. I would highly recommend Royal to anyone
They were very helpful and would recommend this company.
Too Simple! No temp control or auto shutoff!
Ordered Vermont Encore. Arrived in 5 days. Great price. Thanks
Lovely, warm and Wonderful wood stove!
Package was delivered with all parts ordered and no damage. So far very happy with the package.
Love those dhelves plus the unexpected mitten drying racks!
Great Flames. Much better than building a fire. I think the Royal Flame burner puts out more heat than a wood burning fire
Love the stove. Made an error when originally ordering and didnt order blower. They git it out in a timely manner. Now blower is defective, it happens, out of stock but they will ship when available. Small issues none of then RFP fault but they were very helpful in resolving my issues.
Logs arrived quickly and in great shape, easy installation. Had to get a little help from customer service to get started, they were easy to contact and very helpful.
These guys are customer service focused. They kept me informed as my stove was readied for shipping so I knew what to expect. The unit was in a secure shipping container and in good condition when received.
