Bought this burner for a newly built fire pit. It is made of brass pipe and fittings and seems very well built. It has a beautiful flame and plenty of heat. A bit spendy but should last a very long time.

I'd like to mention the customer service is top tier. Jordan was very well to work with and answered every question I had in a timely manner. The burner took right at 2 weeks to come in.

I ordered the 30.5 x 30.5 Warming Trends Crossfire Burner. The flame is 3x and maybe even 4x the height as my previous burner! In the pictures attached is with it turned up to about 75%. Absolutely love this product and well worth the money. I would highly recommend.

Finally got around to installing this afternoon. Big job building a house from clearing the lot to moving in. The wood stove was worth the wait. It is beautiful and draws perfectly. So much more than I expected.

There is always concern when placing a sizable order online. The price was right so took the chance. The order went smoothly and delivery was prompt.

Absolutely the best and prettiest stove! The service I received was so exceptional. I wasn't ready for my stove for for at least 3 months after I needed it. They granted the price, held on to my stove and even gave a little more discount when I wanted it delivered. If there was a 10 star rating, I would have gave it even more. I didn't order the warming shelves at the time i ordered the stove but decided to after i got it. I can't wait to get them. I'll send pictues then. Rey and Jordan your exceptional.

The quality is nice, took forever to get it. When I did receive it, was missing some parts. Still haven't gotten those.

Royal price matched and beat that price by some more. Fire table was delivered without issue and when they estimated. Still waiting on plumber to hook NG up.

Very happy with Royal Fire Pits quality, and FAST service!!! I would use this company and their knowledgeable team on any gas fire project!!

Although your service and pricing was very good, whoever packed the items for shipping was terrible. The very expensive Firepit burner was just put in a box, not secured and basically broke through the box. It was delivered hanging out of the package with no visible means of protecting it. Bonus for the sales team! fire the entire shipping department and start over. That is no way to save a few bucks on a $1000 burner.
