Most beautiful stove you can buy. Everything I purchased was packed really well and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping was very quick to arrive. Can’t wait to start using the stove.

The plastic packaging was torn. There is a tear in the catalytic performance kit. The delivery came sooner than stipulated, forcing my son-in-law to leave work early. The damage was noted on the delivery receipt, but the driver left before further inspection could be done. I have emailed with pictures in this regard.

We are happy with Empire ventless gas stove we purchased. It is cast iron and has a nice solid look. We are using it for a little extra heat in our lower level family room and for backup heat if the power goes out as it operates without electricity. The stove was packed very well and arrived quickly with no damage. We are happy with Royal Fire Pits and their performance

I have yet to install my stove, the weather hasn't been nice enough!

I am on this site to purchase another one. I bought this five years ago and it was part of the sale of my apartment, so now I have to have one for my new place. I did the research to find this five years ago and looking forward to another one. This is more expensive than ones available elsewhere, but it is superior and worth the extra few hundred.

The this Unit it self arrived safe and sound but I was mischarged an extra fee that spoke to with someone about a couple weeks ago. She said it would be refunded back to me in a timely fashion but I haven’t received anything to this point. Which is disappointing and the reason for 4 Stars not 5.

My stove arrived with its left leg broken off. For over a week now your people have told me they are working on a solution. But as yet there has not been one. I’m going to give you a few more days and then have the credit card company reverse the charges if a solution is not forthcoming

We ordered the Vermont Castings Encore Wood Burning. We requested a specific delivery time. It arrive on schedule! The packing was second to none with no damage. The stove is preforming beyond our expectations. The top load is the best. I would not order the stove top humidifier because you need to move it every time you add wood for the top. Directions need a little more clarity for the installation of the temperature probe. We are one month in and so far so great!

Fireplace arrived on time and in good condition. Pleased with the purchase process and price.

My stove arrived on time, good shipper. One problem I did have. is the stove pipe pipe adapter was quashed between the wood stove packing frame, and the stove. by sloppy packing. I contacted info@royapfire pits.com twice with no response.I straightned it best as posssible, but still looks bad. Your thoughts? Stan Cole

I received the stove. Packaging was awesome. I installed the blower and connected the gas line to the stove and the supply line. I placed the stove where it will stay and leveled it out. It looks awesome. I have not connected the gas down in the basement to the main gas line yet. That will be done very soon as we are expecting colder weather soon. I will update as it becomes operational.

Vermont castings radiance direct vent gas stove , very nice we love it and would recommend it to friends. Thank you for your help it was very helpful in making our decision.

Clearly they run a lean operation but the sales contact was good about returning calls and questions. Delivery was seamless with a very friendly hauler, Old Dominium. I did have a problem with the sales team understanding of the part needed to adapt my stove to a 6” pipe, and finally just went to a local dealer and bought the ten dollar part. The stove is up and running and is a joy.

The price was great-kept me informed-shiped on time-packing was great-
