Logs arrived quickly and in great shape, easy installation. Had to get a little help from customer service to get started, they were easy to contact and very helpful.

These guys are customer service focused. They kept me informed as my stove was readied for shipping so I knew what to expect. The unit was in a secure shipping container and in good condition when received.

We are thrilled with our new fire table! Royal Fire Pits were very professional and kept in constant contact during the shipping process. Highly recommend them.

Although we will not be able to install the 300K BTU firepit for several months, we think that it is a quality product. Look forward to enjoying it.

Stove came with no legs, only temporary packing legs bolted to pallet. 4’ section of stove pipe was missing from order and stove came scuffed up and scratched badly in the back of stove….. still waiting for parts and satisfaction. I would like to up grade my review to 4 stars after the Outstanding service I received with straight in out my order. Hopefully no more damage will show after assembly

Nice fire table. I wasn't prepared, however, for how long it took to receive it. It took 7 weeks from ordering to delivery. I wish I knew that up front. Royal Fire Pits was responsive to my email inquiries.

Would recommend purchasing another product. Royal Fire Pit description is inaccurate. 2 piece design and not 1 piece as pictured. Customer support has completely ingnored the issue.

I have plenty of gas supply and only like 5 jets produce a flame. Unsure if I am doing something wrong or what but it isn’t as great as I was told it would be.

I am unable at this time to give a review. It's about 90 degrees outside. The product arrived in good condition. I can't wait till the cold weather rolls in, so that I can try the temp gage and the new woodstove. It appears to be of the highest quality.

I'm not sure if I like it or not because the burner arrived defective. RFP is trying to work out a solution with WT but so far I haven't heard anything back.

Not happy at all. I order upgrade burner and sent wrong one. It’s been three weeks still haven’t received right one. Also didn’t receive my remote

My new intrepid woodstove is like a beautiful piece of furniture! I wish it was winter instead of mid-June so that I could try it out. Somebody really designed an excellent pallet system for the delivery. Probably could have dropped it by parachute with no damage at all.

Our table arrived in great shape. We haven’t had it hooked up to the gas line yet but are excited to get it done.

A little surprised this expensive furnace did not come with a blower

I started with a rival brand that was half the price of the Dimplex, but the ‘flames’ looked so bad I had to send it back. The Dimplex Vital Sense was definitely worth the money in terms of realistic looking flames. I was more impressed than I expected to be. The install was very easy and the operation is straightforward. My only complaint is that the mechanism inside makes a very audible noise that I can only describe as a robot snoring. It really takes away from the experience. I’d like to talk to someone at Dimplex to find out if I need to add grease somewhere, or if my unit is defective. I doubt it should be making this much noise.

The only problem with the whole thing it took nearly 4 1/2 months to get the fireplace

Even though I have not yet had it tied into our Natural Gas line to see how/if it works (that is a couple weeks off), I can say that everything seems to be of very good quality. It was shipped & packaged very well, and everything was received with no damage. All the needed parts for the kit were included, and so far seem to be of good quality and exactly what is needed. Assembly is straightforward with good instructions included. I'm anxious to get this fired up, and have high expectations that things will work as needed. Very pleased at this point.
