Love the stove. Made an error when originally ordering and didnt order blower. They git it out in a timely manner. Now blower is defective, it happens, out of stock but they will ship when available. Small issues none of then RFP fault but they were very helpful in resolving my issues.
Logs arrived quickly and in great shape, easy installation. Had to get a little help from customer service to get started, they were easy to contact and very helpful.
These guys are customer service focused. They kept me informed as my stove was readied for shipping so I knew what to expect. The unit was in a secure shipping container and in good condition when received.
