I found out about Royal Fire Pits when I googled where to buy the Orion. I was looking for Labor Day discounts. Another company replied too late. This beautiful Bordeaux Encore wood burning stove was put in place yesterday with the help of a few friends. Really appreciate your help and efficiency in streamlining this order. We all love the convenience of online ordering, but we also miss the personal touch of being able to call someone. Can’t thank you enough for the time spent on the phone, and appreciate how easy it was to place the order and have everything shipped. I love the output of the burner, and the black fire Glass really finished it off perfectly.

Royal Fire Pits was great to work with. The stove arrived in good order after a cross country trip. I was impressed with the quality of the cast iron and how well everything fit together. We are having a "break in" fire tonight and will shift into "catalytic mode" tomorrow. Jordon was a guiding light throughout. Many Thanks!!

Orion Multi is an awesome fireplace and makes an immediate statement! Arrived quickly with great support from the staff when the fireplace arrived, it had been damaged in shipping. Royal fire pits was quick to remedy this and sent out a new unit the very next day.

It’s perfect it’s beautiful we loved working with the guys. They were so helpful and patient they delivered within a minimal time. I just can’t say enough I’m very very happy it made it so easy.

Royal price matched and beat that price by some more. Fire table was delivered without issue and when they estimated. Still waiting on plumber to hook NG up.
