Vermont Castings Gas Stoves

Balance Beauty and Utility in Your Space With a Vermont Castings Gas Stove

Vermont Castings has been building cast iron stoves out of Randolph, Vermont since 1975. The brand made its name with wood burners during the energy crisis. A lot has changed since then, but the company’s commitment to quality has not.

The Vermont Castings gas lineup brings that same approach in a cleaner, lower-maintenance stove. All three direct vent models are constructed from solid cast iron with a furniture-quality finish. Natural gas or propane, millivolt ignition standard, and an IntelliFire Touch upgrade available for app-based control.

What Are the Different Models of Vermont Castings Gas Stoves?

We carry the full lineup of gas stoves from Vermont Castings, right here at Royal Fire Pits. There are three different series to choose from:

Intrepid

Built for tighter rooms. 12,000 to 17,000 BTU heating 400 to 1,000 square feet. 21-¾”W by 24-¼”H by 13-⅞”D. Rear direct vent. Classic Black or Bordeaux Enamel. Starts at $2,589.

Radiance

Heat bigger spaces with 25,000 to 38,000 BTU in a 31”W by 28”H by 18.25”D frame at 350 pounds. Top vented with a 4-piece split oak log set and ceramic burner. Classic Black, or upgrade to Majolica Brown and Bordeaux Enamel for a more premium finish. Starts at $3,589.

Stardance

Same premium finish options as the Radiance in a more compact frame. 20,000 to 28,000 BTU at 25.5"W by 26.75"H by 14.5"D and 202 pounds. A solid fit for medium-sized living spaces. Starts at $3,099.

Which Gas Stove From Vermont Castings Is Right for You?

There’s no need to stress about choosing the right gas stove - Royal Fire Pits is here to help you narrow it down. It just comes down to room size more than anything else.

The Intrepid is specifically designed for spaces between 400 to 1,000 square feet. The Stardance and Radiance are geared towards larger open-concept spaces. The Radiance pushes 38,000 BTU for serious heating in bigger rooms.

Think about the finish and ignition style you prefer as well. Classic Black ships standard on every model, but you can upgrade to enamel finishes to completely change the look. The IntelliFire Touch feature lets you control the unit via phone and remote.

Royal Fire Pits stocks the full lineup with free shipping on every order, no sales tax, and a price-matching guarantee. You can rest assured you’re getting the best deal when you shop with us.

More importantly, though, our team knows these stoves inside and out. Call or text us and we will help you dial in the right size and vent configuration. Need accessories? We handle that too. We’re real fire experts who have done this thousands of times.
