NOTE: This page was created and is managed by the Status Sherpa app you have installed. To make changes to text or styling on this page, open the Status Sherpa app (you can click the More Actions dropdown above or click Apps at far left to open the Status Sherpa app) in your dashboard and click Settings. If you have removed the Status Sherpa app, you can safely remove this page and be sure to also remove any navigation links to this page in your Shopify configuration.

What happens after you order

Some items ship from stock, others are made to order. Here's the path your order takes.

1. Order confirmed

We verify your order and get it ready to ship or send it into production.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

2. In production

Made-to-order items are built for you. This can take up to 6 weeks, depending on the item. In-stock items skip this step and ship within a few business days. The tracker shows "Order Confirmed" until your order ships.

3. Shipped

You get an email with your tracking number, and it shows up on this page.

4. Delivered

Your order arrives. Enjoy the fire.

Why doesn't the tracker say "In production"?

Our tracker only updates when an order ships. If your item is being built or prepared, nothing changes here yet. No news means your order is moving along as planned.
