Most companies can get a good review when everything goes right. My ordering experience had a couple of glitches. First, the fire table was back ordered over a month...not Royal's problem, but they
kept me informed and offered an alternative which was great. When it did come in it was missing an item...also not Royal's problem, but they were able to have the missing item FedExed the next day.
