I found out about Royal Fire Pits when I googled where to buy the Orion Multi. I was looking for Labor Day discounts. Another company replied too late. Most companies can get a good review when everything goes right. My ordering experience had a couple of glitches. First, the fire table was back ordered over a month...not Royal's problem, but they
kept me informed and offered an alternative which was great. When it did come in it was missing an item...also not Royal's problem, but they were able to have the missing item FedExed the next day.
Thanks to Jordan and Rachel for great customer service. Also I really like my Elementi fire table!
Royal Fire Pits was great. The products are exactly as described and look and work great. Unfortunately, Fed Ex was terrible and due to unauthorized changes to my address, they caused my order to be delayed by almost 2 weeks. FedEx has the worst customer service, and if I could, I would rate FedEx as a big ZERO. Jordan, at Royal Fire Pits, got through to FedEx and my order arrived at a satellite location so I could pick it up. I will follow up with a photo of my finished firepit when the weather cools down. It's currently too hot to sit by an open fire.
We knew we had a custom built fire pit and the fabrication time was as assumed. The quality of the pit is what far exceeded our expectations. The silver vein was exactly what we were looking for. The fire pit came with no dents or scratches and was easy to set up and use. The cover was backordered and arrived a week after the fire pit. Highly recommend, it was worth the wait!
I didn’t originally order enough for our firepit. These were so nice I ordered 2 more boxes.
