When will I know my order has shipped?
An email with tracking information will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order being shipped to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive more than one tracking number as the items may ship separately. Online ordering and customer service was great. (Thanks Rachel). The only reason I didnt give five stars is because the delivery company never gave notice of delivery date and time like I was told. I would have liked to have been able to inspect the product (Woodstove) for any shipping damage.

Received wrong size elbow ($130+), which was not realized until installers looked at it. We had to purchase another one from installers. Royal Fire Pits was called, spoke with a representative, and were told to send the problem via text, which was done.Received text back from another representative saying we would be contacted the next day. That was 8 days ago...no communication from the company. I have called, left messages, emailed several times. Still no response. We are stuck paying for an incorrect part.
