When will I know my order has shipped?

I just placed an order with these guys as they were extremely helpful with everything leading up to the order. I did my due diligence, asked a lot of questions and probably changed the shopping cart like 4 times. Rey was wonderful as he was very patient in answering my questions and even made suggestions. I’m looking forward to receiving all the parts for my warming trends fire and can’t wait till it’s installed!

Although your service and pricing was very good, whoever packed the items for shipping was terrible. The very expensive Firepit burner was just put in a box, not secured and basically broke through the box. It was delivered hanging out of the package with no visible means of protecting it. Bonus for the sales team! fire the entire shipping department and start over. That is no way to save a few bucks on a $1000 burner.
