Empire 48" Boulevard Direct Vent Linear Gas Fireplace with Liner and Multi-Function Remote is crafted with a fully-recessed burner, ensuring vibrant flames that fill your fireplace. Each Boulevard model features an electronic intermittent ignition system, removing the need for a standing pilot, thus promoting energy efficiency and cost savings.
Equipped with a battery backup situated in a wall box, the system allows for both manual and remote operation. Additionally, the remote provides the option to switch to a standing pilot mode, particularly beneficial in colder climate conditions.
Customize the design to match your decor with your choice of firebox liner, decorative trim kit, fire glass, and optional gas log media. The black porcelain liner offers an elegant, yet dramatic look while the distressed bronze corrugated Ridgeback liner offers an industrial-chic look. Choose between a 1-inch Matte Black or Hammered Pewter frame, and a decorative 3-inch Forged Iron front, or install tile, stone, or plaster up to the fireplace opening for a seamless finish. Online ordering and customer service was great. (Thanks Rachel). The only reason I didnt give five stars is because the delivery company never gave notice of delivery date and time like I was told. I would have liked to have been able to inspect the product (Woodstove) for any shipping damage.

Received wrong size elbow ($130+), which was not realized until installers looked at it. We had to purchase another one from installers. Royal Fire Pits was called, spoke with a representative, and were told to send the problem via text, which was done.Received text back from another representative saying we would be contacted the next day. That was 8 days ago...no communication from the company. I have called, left messages, emailed several times. Still no response. We are stuck paying for an incorrect part.
