When will I know my order has shipped?

If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive more than one tracking number as the items may ship separately. Jordan and I spoke numerous times over several months as I was preparing to order a fire pit burner for one of the hotels our company is building. Having spent a ton of time researching options for a new electric fireplace, when we made the decision to move forward we assumed it would be hard to find what we were looking for and assumed big delays in getting it to us because of the crazy supply chain issues. When we went with RFP we were shocked they had what we needed and literally got it to us in DAYS (not weeks). I even had owner calling me to manage order/delivery directly which nobody does anymore.
