Empire 36" Madison Premium Peninsula Multi-Sided Direct Vent Gas Fireplace with Banded Brick Liner is a heater rated at 35,000 Btu input that efficiently draw in outdoor air to facilitate combustion and expel exhaust directly outdoors. Installation options include venting through an exterior wall or the roof, utilizing common 4 x 6 5/8 direct-vent pipe.
Each Madison system features a built-in 24-inch Slope Glaze Vista Burner, spacious tempered-glass viewing windows, a Banded Brick Liner, ceramic fiber floor liner, dimmer-controlled lighting, and glowing embers.
To complete the fireplace, the 24-inch Raleigh Log Set and barrier screens are necessary additions. Please note that doors are not available for multisided fireplaces.

Online ordering and customer service was great. (Thanks Rachel). The only reason I didnt give five stars is because the delivery company never gave notice of delivery date and time like I was told. I would have liked to have been able to inspect the product (Woodstove) for any shipping damage.

Received wrong size elbow ($130+), which was not realized until installers looked at it. We had to purchase another one from installers. Royal Fire Pits was called, spoke with a representative, and were told to send the problem via text, which was done.Received text back from another representative saying we would be contacted the next day. That was 8 days ago...no communication from the company. I have called, left messages, emailed several times. Still no response. We are stuck paying for an incorrect part.
