HPC Fire 52" H2Onfire 360° Scupper Fire and Water Bowl Insert provide a one-of-a-kind fire and water feature that produces a large flame right on the surface of the water. The heavy-duty concrete construction of the fire bowl features a black-colored finish to enhance the appeal of the unit while the water basin and gas burner are designed in tandem to provide long-term durability.
The innovative design allows the fire ring to be completely submerged underwater using the backflow prevention technology to protect the controls and allow an even flame appearance to contrast the 360° water scupper design. The burner itself is rated for 65,000 BTU to provide a full flame presence while the complete electronic controls give a simple and reliable way to control the burner, water, and LED lights.
This unit is the first fire-on-water system to be certified in North America to the Z21.97 standard by the CSA Group, passing the stringent wind, rain, and combustion test. Online ordering and customer service was great. (Thanks Rachel). The only reason I didnt give five stars is because the delivery company never gave notice of delivery date and time like I was told. I would have liked to have been able to inspect the product (Woodstove) for any shipping damage.

Received wrong size elbow ($130+), which was not realized until installers looked at it. We had to purchase another one from installers. Royal Fire Pits was called, spoke with a representative, and were told to send the problem via text, which was done.Received text back from another representative saying we would be contacted the next day. That was 8 days ago...no communication from the company. I have called, left messages, emailed several times. Still no response. We are stuck paying for an incorrect part.
