When will I know my order has shipped?
An email with tracking information will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order being shipped to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive more than one tracking number as the items may ship separately. As soon as we receive your order, we will process and submit the order with our suppliers for shipment within 24 hours. If your item is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

Although your service and pricing was very good, whoever packed the items for shipping was terrible. The very expensive Firepit burner was just put in a box, not secured and basically broke through the box. It was delivered hanging out of the package with no visible means of protecting it. Bonus for the sales team! fire the entire shipping department and start over. That is no way to save a few bucks on a $1000 burner.

Jordan and I spoke numerous times over several months as I was preparing to order a fire pit burner for one of the hotels our company is building. I wanted to have a substantially large sized burner to entertain our many guests. So, I wanted to do my research and select the right product and pay a fair price for the unit.
