Hearth Products Controls SIER36W Sierra Smooth Copper Gas Fire Pit and Water Pit offers a completed fire pit unit that combines the two natural splendors of fire and water. The fire pit measures 16" tall with a 18" x 18" base and a 36" x 36" top while the exterior of the fire pit enclosure features an oil rubbed bronze finish with a smooth copper finish for a unique look and long lasting durability. The square enclosure opening provides space for a square flat pan that supports one of two burner kit options: the match light PENTA19MLFPK burner system and the electronic ignition 19FSSEI kit - both kits are available for both natural gas and propane.Features

Although your service and pricing was very good, whoever packed the items for shipping was terrible. The very expensive Firepit burner was just put in a box, not secured and basically broke through the box. It was delivered hanging out of the package with no visible means of protecting it. Bonus for the sales team! fire the entire shipping department and start over. That is no way to save a few bucks on a $1000 burner.

Jordan and I spoke numerous times over several months as I was preparing to order a fire pit burner for one of the hotels our company is building. I wanted to have a substantially large sized burner to entertain our many guests. So, I wanted to do my research and select the right product and pay a fair price for the unit.
