Crafted from high-quality 304 stainless steel, the Penta-shaped burner (except for the 13SSEI models) is designed for durability and performance. The burner includes standard burner ports, a 1/2" (or 3/4" for HC) female gas inlet, and precise machine welding for a seamless, long-lasting product. HPC backs the durability of the burners and pans with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, adding extra peace of mind.

This burner kit is versatile, designed for use with both natural gas and propane. The burner comes pre-assembled with a round bowl pan that is 2.5" deep, featuring a 1.3" rim around the top for added stability. The kit also includes pre-assembled hard piping for the sealed control box, and propane units feature a wire mesh spider guard to prevent blockages in the gas line. For power options, the kit is available in a 120 VAC version with a standard three-prong plug for GFI outlets or a 24 VAC version requiring an external power supply (sold separately; SKU: 311).

One of the standout features is the patented solid brass Universal Gas Orifice (UGO), which simplifies gas type conversion. With the UGO, switching between natural gas and propane is a hassle-free process that doesn't require taking apart the appliance or using additional conversion parts. For control options, the "ON/OFF" version of the burner kit requires an external switch, timer, or an optional remote (SKU: 578-C) to operate. The "HI/LO" version, which includes a remote control, offers even more flexibility with two flame height settings. The "HI" setting provides maximum flame height and intensity, while the "LO" setting reduces the flame by 40%. Additionally, the HI/LO units are compatible with the HPC smartphone app, allowing for on/off control, timer settings, and troubleshooting directly from your device.
