Although your service and pricing was very good, whoever packed the items for shipping was terrible. The very expensive Firepit burner was just put in a box, not secured and basically broke through the box. It was delivered hanging out of the package with no visible means of protecting it. Bonus for the sales team! fire the entire shipping department and start over. That is no way to save a few bucks on a $1000 burner.

Jordan and I spoke numerous times over several months as I was preparing to order a fire pit burner for one of the hotels our company is building. I wanted to have a substantially large sized burner to entertain our many guests. So, I wanted to do my research and select the right product and pay a fair price for the unit. Checking with several vendors of this product I felt that I received great information and as was my goal a fair price. Once I confirmed that I was ready to place the order Jordan my rep got busy and placed the order with the manufacturer and he gave me a correct ETA for the product so that I could plan the install with my contractor. We love our Electric Fireplace. It fits perfectly in our LivingRoom. My wife took on the project of painting all the stones to make them stand out a lot more . They were pretty drab , but they painted up very nicely.

When only a partial order showed up that was 100% paid for, everyone was hard to get a hold of all of a sudden. Found out that they don’t actually manufacture anything. They are just a middle man so they aren’t very helpful when there is an issue with the manufacturer. In the future, I would just look on their website to see who manufacturers the products they sell and order from the manufacturers directly as customer service from the manufacturers is better than what you get from Royal Fire Pits. Royal Fire Pits will just send you to an offshore customer service account that is more focused on call volume than actually helping their customers.
