Received wrong size elbow ($130+), which was not realized until installers looked at it. We had to purchase another one from installers. Royal Fire Pits was called, spoke with a representative, and were told to send the problem via text, which was done.Received text back from another representative saying we would be contacted the next day. That was 8 days ago...no communication from the company. I have called, left messages, emailed several times. Still no response. We are stuck paying for an incorrect part.
