When will I know my order has shipped?
An email with tracking information will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order being shipped to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive more than one tracking number as the items may ship separately. I'd like to mention the customer service is top tier. Jordan was very well to work with and answered every question I had in a timely manner. The burner took right at 2 weeks to come in.
I ordered the 30.5 x 30.5 Warming Trends Crossfire Burner. The flame is 3x and maybe even 4x the height as my previous burner! In the pictures attached is with it turned up to about 75%. Absolutely love this product and well worth the money. I would highly recommend.
The quality is nice, took forever to get it. When I did receive it, was missing some parts. Still haven't gotten those.
They helped me build my own fire pit with helpful advice.
