When will I know my order has shipped?

Absolutely the best and prettiest stove! The service I received was so exceptional. I wasn't ready for my stove for for at least 3 months after I needed it. They granted the price, held on to my stove and even gave a little more discount when I wanted it delivered. If there was a 10 star rating, I would have gave it even more. I didn't order the warming shelves at the time i ordered the stove but decided to after i got it. I can't wait to get them. I'll send pictues then. Rey and Jordan your exceptional.

Although your service and pricing was very good, whoever packed the items for shipping was terrible. The very expensive Firepit burner was just put in a box, not secured and basically broke through the box. It was delivered hanging out of the package with no visible means of protecting it. Bonus for the sales team! fire the entire shipping department and start over. That is no way to save a few bucks on a $1000 burner.

Jordan and I spoke numerous times over several months as I was preparing to order a fire pit burner for one of the hotels our company is building. I wanted to have a substantially large sized burner to entertain our many guests. So, I wanted to do my research and select the right product and pay a fair price for the unit.
